Domaine de Saint-Guilhem

 1619 chemin de Saint Guilhem

à Castelnau d'Estrétefonds

Philippe and Esméralda are very hospitable. It’s not surprising that they have been welcoming tourists to the Domaine in their guest house since 1998. A vineyard estate since 1738, Saint Guilhem is well named, as it owes its origins to Guillaume de Gellone, Count of Toulouse, canonised in 1066 as Saint Guilhem. Nowadays, the estate has 7 hectares of vines, meadows and woods with rare species and very old specimens. It produces a rosé and three different reds.
