If Guy Salmona left the frenetic world of data processing engineering for the love of vines and wine, it was specifically to devote himself to Fronton and La Négrette. He cultivates about fifty hectares organically, and plays on the nuances of his « terroir » like the passionate interpreter of them that he is.
