103 chemin de Boujac Yannick Gasparotto, winemaker of the Château Carrol de Bellel, is the heir of countless generations of winemakers. Since he took over the estate in 2008, he constantly tried to extend it and at the same time improve the quality of his wines, with a certain success ! His favorite wine ? “Gino”, named after his grandfather, an Italian immigrate who married Yannick’s grandmother in 1945.
